Meet the Chef
hi. welcome.
I am Mary Ann a classically trained chef who loves more one-on-one than being in a commercial kitchen. Being a personal chef allows this. I also love the fact I have the freedom to be creative with recipes and menus. A few fun facts about me:
* I'm happily married to my number one cheerleader and taster.
* I have 2 silly puppers.
* I love coffee, movies, and traveling.
* I don't have a speciality or a favorite dish to make. I love learning about new foods. I truly enjoy creating foods to match themes.

That is the best part about MAPA Creations, I travel to you. We decide on a menu and then I plan, shop, cook, store, and clean in your kitchen.
I am ServSafe certified, I have a Culinary Arts degree, and I am insured.

I love a good theme! These are star-shaped deviled eggs made with homemade bacon mayonnaise. These stars were made for a Wonder Woman birthday party. Book me for your next party and we will see where the fun takes us.
